Description

*The beverage mixer is designed to increase the proportion of water, syrup and carbon dioxide, using advanced foreign technology - electrostatic mixer, reduce the water layer, increase the carbonization time, ensure mixed drinks; deoxygenated carbon dioxide reflux, save carbon dioxide, can also achieve the purpose of deoxidation; The automatic control system of components such as mass pump and electrical appliances is perfect, with motor coordination, beautiful appearance, convenient cleaning and high degree of automation. It is suitable for many types of mixed drinks,such as soft drinks, juices, and cola.

Features

*Automation with Alarm:The pressure in all tank and the liquid level of the machine are all controlled automatically with PLC.Once a error occurs,the alarm lamp will light and the alarm ring will sound and will stop automatically.

*Even mixing and accurate proportion:One time mixing process is adopted,so the mixture is even.The mixing proportion of water and sugar is strictly controlled with measuring needle valve with fine regulation.Its precision can reach about 5%.

*Enough gas content:adopts vacuum desoxidation technology at normal-temperature.Its desoxidation ratio reaches above 90%.It has a baffle heat exchanger to cool the sugar-water mixture and carry out twice carbonating.So its carbon content is especially high.

*Fine material: The parts which contact the liquid are all made of fine low carbon stainless steel in accordance with the requirement of food sanitation, inside and outside are all polished

*High cleaning: The mixer fixes CIP process with reasonable structure, so it is easy to clean and disinfect the mixer without disassembling any parts which meets with requirement of food hygiene law. The reproductive rate of bacteria per ml is lower than 5%, and there are no bacillus coli in beverage.

The whole line

3.Labeling Machine:It adopts double driving structure which is a new and advanced driving device for the thermal shrink sleeve machine, that is, four-wheel driving, self-centering and balanced pressure of four wheels. It can achieve the good effect of transmission of labels smoothly, stably and rapidly.

4.Packing Machine:It adopts the photoelectric sensor to detect online, gather signals which are controlled by PLC, and adopts piston as executable element, to realize product conveying, combination, film wrapping, cutting, heat& shrink, cool and finally get the finished product.
