Features
a.The suspnding bottle-neck clamping design make the bottle be stable during the high-speed running
situation.By changing a few parts,it can meet the need of
production for different types of bottles easily.
b.The new generation of stainless steel grab is adopted and the grabs have no contact with the above the
bottle's screw thread.Nozzles in the grab can guarantee the complete wash of the interior of the bottle.
c.The special filling valve makes the filling speed fast and the filling liquid level control exactly.
d.Magnetic torque is used for screw capping,and the power of screw
capping can be adjusted step.
e.Capping is stable, reliable and do no harm to the caps.

1.Washing part
Adopting clamping bottleneck way to wash bottle mouth and avoid
touching screw mouth, adopting clmaping bottleneck way in the whole
conveying process. When bottle type changes, you need to change th
board related with bottle diameter.
2.Filling part
Filling adopts cylinder feeding structrue, filling valve adopts
high filling speed and mass flow rate valve which control liquids
level accurately and without loss.
3.Capping part
The capping system applies advanced technology, when clamp the cap
will screw immediately and magnetic torque type capping head.

Packaging Details
The normal package is wooden box(Size: L*W*H). If export to
european countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.If container is
too tigher,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to
customers special request.
