This 3 in 1 juice filling machine is a 3 in 1 filling machine which
integrates washing, filling and capping. Mainly for the glass
bottle juice beverage filling production, including igh position
tank and back flow system, make filling quickly, stable and
accurate, ensure the material filling temperature and reduce
material loss. This 3 in 1 juice filling machine with automatic
lifting machine, vibration sorting device. The 3 in 1 juice filling
machine mainly contains three parts: bottle washing parts, filling
parts, capping parts.
Main operating process: The cap is placed on the cover hoist, the
cap is transported by the hoist to the vibrating cover, the bottle
on the filling machine entrance, driven by the conveyor in turn
into the washing, filling, capping three parts. The metal parts in
the bottle are all electrolyzed and the filling valve is
hot-filled. The cap is treated with a cover or a cover according to
the shape of the bottle and the shape of the cap.
