block technology, not only avoiding second pollution to the
bottle-neck, but also realizing filling different specs of bottles

1. Advanced intelligent operating systemWith PLC software support, the adjustment only needs to set the
target amount on the touch screen, and the device can automatically
increase or decrease to reach the target amount. Color touch
display, all functions such as operation, monitoring, operation
instructions, etc. are completed in the touch screen.
2. Stable filling and rehydration functionAdopting the principle of functional separation, no rehydration is
required during the filling process, and the rehydration process is
not installed, thereby overcoming the instability of the refilling
at the same time of floating filling.
3. Vial automatic card bottle function
This machine is equipped with a bayonet device to ensure the matching of the bottle mouth and the filling nozzle when filling small capacity (glass bottles, etc.).
4. Wide application range and convenient adjustment
It is suitable for the filling of most bottle types (especially
shaped bottles), which overcomes the trouble of changing the dial
when the rotary filling machine replaces the bottle type. For the
irregular bottle type which can not be filled by the rotary filling
machine, the machine has Greater advantage.

⬅Washing Part
The gripper is made of stainless steel, the position where hold the
bottleneck is also made of stainless steel, compared with the
traditional rubber gripper, it is much hygiene, durable, and no
quick-wear parts.
⬅Filling Part
(1) The pressure mechanical valve is introduced the advanced
foreign design with a fast filling speed, no hygiene corner pocket,
a few sealing parts, and precise liquid level control.
(2)The whole valve is made of 304 stainless steel.
⬅Capping Part
(1)The capping machine can cap different kinds of bottles, it is
reliable, easy to operate and easy to maintain.

⬅Air Conveyor
(1)Air conveyor is fixed on the floor, with fan installed on the
top.
(2)Air filter is positioned at every entrance of air fan, to
prevent dust blown into bottles. Bottles are held on the neck in
the conveyor and
transported into filling machine by blowing power.
