Water Bottle Filling Plant Description:
1. Suspending bottle-neck clamping design makes bottle stable
during the high-speed moving conditions. By changing a few parts,
it can meet the need of production of different types of bottles
easily.
2. The new generation of stainless steel grab is adopted and the
grabs have no contact with the area above the bottle's screw
thread. Nozzles in the grab can guarantee the complete wash of the
interior of the bottle.
3. The advanced gravity filling technology used in this machine
makes the filling quick, steady and accurate.
4. Magnetic torque is used for screw capping, and the power of
screw capping can be adjusted steplessly. Capping is reliable and
do no harm to the bottle caps.
Water Bottle Filling Plant working process
The bottle is passed by air conveyor to the washing part. With
clamp of bottle neck, turn 180 °, the bottle down. The nozzle of
the bottle holder spits water and rinses the inside of the bottle.
Bottle after rinse and drain the turn 180 °, the bottle up. The
cleaned bottle is sent to the filling part. Into the bottle filling
machine by the bottleneck of supporting board and under the action
of CAM bottle, filling valve opens the material through the filling
valve complete filling process, after the filling bottle fell out
filling valve, the bottle into the screw cap machine. Keep the
bottle upright and prevent rotation. The cover is rotated and
rotated on the cover machine to complete the whole sealing process.
The finished product bottle is transferred from the capping machine
to the bottle delivery chain through the bottle release pulley, and
then to the machine.
