Bottled Water Filling Machine INTRODUCTION

This series of Bottled Water Filling Machine integrates washing,filling,sealing as a whole, suitable for all kinds of pure water, mineral water production, and a small number of replacement parts can be used for a variety of bottle filling. The production capacity is 2000-25,000 bottles per hour, which can be selected by users. Advanced micro gravity type negative pressure filling principle, filling fast, steady, accurate, and is equipped with perfect material flow system, also can realize independent gas back, back not in contact with the material, reduce the secondary pollution of materials and oxidation. This function satisfies the requirement of below 95 degrees Celsius hot filling technology, filling valve and materials in and out of the line without health dead Angle, at the same time equipped with CIP cleaning interface, block is equipped with the bottle before RO water flushing device, to ensure that the bottle without mould. The magnetic torque type screw cap is adopted to realize the function of grasping cap and screwing cap. The torque of the screw cap is stepless and adjustable. The whole machine adopts advanced technologies such as human-computer interface touch screen control, PLC computer program control and frequency converter control. It has the functions of automatic control of the cover feeding system, automatic test of filling temperature, high temperature alarm of materials, low temperature stop and automatic return, no bottle no capping, no bottle waiting, no cap stop and so on.
